I have been in fitness my entire life—from playing sports when I was little to competing in bodybuilding competitions by the time I was 18, then competing in CrossFit competitions all over the United States.
I have been a Worldwide Remote Fitness & Nutrition Coach since 2014, helping people all around the world! Since getting married and having a baby, I’ve realized how quickly the day goes. I know it’s critical I take care of myself in order to be the best business owner, co-worker, mom & wife—but I get it, time is limited.
That is why I created The Grit Society! Quick & effective workout & nutrition strategies created for busy women that can be completed at home or at the gym! I believe eating well and for your goals, no matter what they are, can be enjoyable & sustainable.
I have been doing these exact style workouts since 2019, and I have been following a sustainable and enjoyable healthy way of eating since 2014. During this time I have maintained my physique, gone through a pregnancy, built muscle and burned fat.

I have been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer since February 2018 and Certified Nutrition Coach since February 2020. I grew up dancing for 13 years, which led me to wanting an active lifestyle. After ending my dance career, I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the gym. In 2016, I began my bodybuilding journey of losing 65 pounds (started at 200lbs) to prepare for my first bikini competition in May 2017. During this time, I found my passion for weightlifting and living a balanced, healthy life while building confidence and strength through food and fitness. I started the journey of pregnancy and motherhood in 2020. I’m in my muscle mommy era, and couldn’t be more excited to show my daughter women are strong and need to fuel their bodies!
