In my 10 years of Nutrition Coaching, I have found that 8 week increments for nutrition coaching are ideal because they provide enough time, without the overwhelm, to establish new habits and see meaningful progress. This period allows us to make adjustments, address challenges, and set a solid foundation for long-term success. It’s the perfect balance to get you headed in the right direction without feeling overwhelmed.

You will automatically continue in 8-week increments. In my years of experience, this is the best time frame for people to commit to. Some clients will feel comfortable being on their own after 8 weeks, others will need multiple 8-week sessions, and that is okay. We are taking it at your pace. You will be discussing with your coach when you feel ready to be on your own and at that time you can cancel your auto-renew.

No. There are no meal plans in this Nutrition Coaching plan, but for GOOD reason! Flexible dieting and counting macros are more beneficial than meal planning because they offer greater adaptability and can fit into any lifestyle. Unlike rigid meal plans, which I do not provide, flexible dieting avoids the pitfalls of restriction and bad eating behaviors. By focusing on macros, you can enjoy a variety of foods while still meeting your nutritional goals, promoting a healthier relationship with food and more sustainable long-term habits.
There are no custom workouts with this Nutrition Coaching Program. Custom workouts aren’t necessary for achieving results. It’s consistency and enjoyment in your workouts that matter most. Many people get caught up in custom plans when simply moving regularly and finding a routine you like is key. That’s why I offer my 30-minute workout app using dumbbells, providing five new effective, fun, and enjoyable workouts every week that you will have FREE access to while we work together.
Check-ins are via email as I strongly believe it is a very effective and beneficial form of communication for Nutrition Coaching. Here are a few reasons WHY:
1. Flexibility:
Email lets you respond at your convenience, eliminating the need to coordinate schedules.

2. Thoughtful Responses:
You have time to think through questions and responses, allowing for more detailed exchanges.

3. Documentation:
Emails provide a written record of our communications, helpful for tracking progress and revisiting advice.

I have been in fitness my entire life—from playing sports when I was little to competing in bodybuilding competitions by the time I was 18, then competing in CrossFit competitions all over the United States.

I have been a Worldwide Remote Fitness & Nutrition Coach since 2014, helping people all around the world! Since getting married and having a baby, I’ve realized how quickly the day goes. I have been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer since February 2018 and Certified Nutrition Coach since February 2020. I grew up dancing for 13 years, which led me to wanting an active lifestyle. After ending my dance career, I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the gym. In 2016, I began my bodybuilding journey of losing 65 pounds (started at 200lbs) to prepare for my first bikini competition in May 2017. During this time, I found my passion for weightlifting and living a balanced, healthy life while building confidence and strength through food and fitness. I started the journey of pregnancy and motherhood in 2020. I’m in my muscle mommy era, and couldn’t be more excited to show my daughter women are strong and need to fuel their bodies!
