You will receive personalized macros and strategies tailored to your lifestyle. Whether you know how to count macros, are unsure if your numbers are correct, feel like you’re hitting a plateau, or are just starting and need guidance, I am here to help.

Do I have to count macros?

No, I am also happy to provide nutritional guidance and feedback without the use of macros if you are not interested in or comfortable going that route. Just say so in the consultation questionnaire.

Is counting macros better than a meal plan?

Counting Macros is incredibly beneficial because it offers flexibility in your diet, allowing you to create healthy habits without the restrictions of a traditional meal plan. Unlike meal plans that can lead to unhealthy habits, counting macros helps you understand the nutritional content of your food, how it adds up, and how to fuel your body properly. The ultimate goal is to transition to intuitive eating, which means listening to your body’s needs and knowing how to nourish it naturally. Before you can eat intuitively, you must learn about the nutrients in your food and how they contribute to your overall health.

But what if I don’t know know what macros are?

Within my app, The Daily Grit, you’ll find an included follow-along video guide. This guide will teach you what macros are, how to count them, and how to adjust them over time to meet your goals. I recommend taking the time to watch through the guides and download the PDF that comes with, in conjunction with this consultation to get the most out of it.
